Reporting to: • This role will report directly to the Head of Project Management Department & Director of Operations

The Role: • Working within our Operations team this role will be the key link in servicing projects for PLAE Vertical. This will be done by supporting our teams of sales, warehouse, operations, install crews and manufacturing to deliver high quality outcomes for our customers. You will work closely with our teams as needed, while also interacting with customers over email, phone, and in person. The goal is the exceed Customers expectations and focusing on maintaining or increasing overall job margin.

Key Areas of Responsibilities Project Manager:

• Collaborate with the sales team & the customer to understand scope of works and job site specifications.

• Schedule and own the preinstall call with the customer

• Clear communication with each customer to provide superior customer experience (updates, issues, delays, etc)

• Clear communication with Sales Rep/Director of Sales to ensure all involved are up to date on the job.

• Develop and manage a process, that includes the following:

• Review of scheduled shipments, work order, and scheduled installer set up by the Ops Specialist

• Sending installer full installation package via email, followed with a phone call.

• Tracking freight for an on track arrival

• Being the main point of contact throughout the entire installation process

• Requiring the installer to perform a final walkthrough and produce a signed sign off

• Address any and all issues that arise during installation. Devise a solution and keep all parties updated.

• Communicate each day the status of the current job. (Pictures, emails, texts, etc)

• Owning & updating Zoho Projects daily

• Utilizing Zoho in every aspect that it pertains or relates to Project Management.

Contracts:

· Owning contracts - Completing all necessary legal paperwork. (COI, Payroll, Commercial Invoice, etc)

Quoting:

• Create all floor prep estimates required for an install that were not accounted for during the estimating phase.

• Complete tasks as required to assist in getting prep estimates to customers in a timely manner

• Having the ability to work within our AutoCad system to check take off dimensions if needed.
